We want you to love your lashes, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Falscara purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, items that have been applied or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
